. Favourite Beer of the Week
We made another beer. It was supposed to be a Rye IPA. But it turned out a bit dense and funky. It's lacking the citrusy thing that an IPA is supposed to have. There's not quite enough carbonation. And there's something suspiciously sour at the back of the tongue.
What went wrong this time? I did misread the recipe and add the first batch of hops 15 minutes too soon. Would that have spoiled it?
Should I have left it to age longer in the bottle? I can't imagine that would have improved things much.
Oh, well.
